I recently was referred to Raleigh Computer Help by my sister. We have been having computer problems for months. It has been especially frustrating to my husband because he relies on our internet connection at home to perform off-hour work for his job. Our wireless kept dropping out and it was a crap shoot which computer would be allowed on.
Neill came out and reviewed the configuration Time Warner had setup for us. It turns out they had restricted it to only 2 computers. Neill was able to remove the restriction and now we have all three computers, plus our smartphones online!

We have been plagued by problems with our daughter’s computer. She keeps getting pop-ups, spam, and abnormal behavior. We were in the market to replace a six year old computer. After speaking to the salesmen at the big box stores, we consulted Neill to review the recommendations. He had us go switch vendors from the big box store to Dell. He also recommend a memory upgrade, 64 bit Windows 7, and a 7200rpm hard drive. We received our new computer yesterday and he helped us configure the email account, install the security updates, and install antivirus. The new computer is so fast!
